We’ve been making beginner sock poi in India for a long long time – these are a design first made by Yacobeh way back in 2016 (some of these originals still exist, you know who you are!). It’s perfect for practice initially I felt it’s a bit heavy but after spinning the fire poi and the UltraPoi products realized it as designed accordingly..
Make sure you buy the correct length.

Good fabric. Grip could be better tends to fly off on it’s own a bit too often. I also do get a lot of Torision when spinning.
