Returns
To initiate a return, reach us out via phone, chat or email describing your reason for return and we will take it forward from there. All requests are handled on a case to case basis.
Once your package arrives, we ask that you inspect the package immediately to make sure it is exactly what you ordered.
Items will have to be in new condition, without any wash or usage and to be returned in their original packaging. If the prop was damaged by the user or the relevant defect is attributable to use or storage by the user, the user will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note that the determination of IndieFlow, as to the causation of the damage/ defect to the product shall be final and binding.
Requirements from the customer:
- Don’t use the suspected damaged product and report the same to IndieFlow within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery to contact@indieflow.org . Please send pictures to support your claim.
- If it is concluded by IndieFlow that the damage was owing to use/storage by the user, IndieFlow may agree to replace or repair the product at additional costs to the user/customer. The cost for shipping shall also be borne by the user/customer.
Refunds
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process your refund.
- No refunds/ returns will be processed if the defect is not reported within 24 hours of receipt in the manner mentioned above.
