We’re stoked to present to you our flagship programme – Fluid!
APRIL 10, 2021-JUNE 13, 2021 at IndieFlow Studio, Bangalore. This started off as an in person workshop but is now running online.
Over the years, we have transitioned from flow hobbyists to performers and instructors, and one thing is clear to us – to achieve peak flow, you need to consistently train your body in various forms, not just the prop you are interested in. With this in mind, we have curated a series of sessions with the aim of holistic body and skill development.
Over the course of 10 weekends, we will be training ourselves in the following forms:
SATURDAY 7:30-8:30 Yoga 9:15-10:45 Poi 11:00-12:15 Conditioning
These are designed to be foundational courses, giving you the building blocks to inculcate into your daily practice. The course will culminate with a showcase by the students who attend the entire training programme, and will involve flow choreographies combined with body movements.
Introduction to Flow Arts
We conduct one day events for introducing new folks to flow arts. We facilitate the session using different props and give you a feel of what flow arts is about. Attendees are introduced to slacklining, poi spinning, hula hooping, playing with dapostar and more!
